Cheapo Hunger Games Party

We pretty much never do anything for adult birthdays around here However, when Limey jokingly suggested I plan a Hunger Games theme birthday for him, I obliged. Why? Because we are juveniles.

You can have a really cheap themed birthday with a laser printer and tape.

Watch out for the fire!
